It is my privilege to work on such a meaningful and significant project, capturing the beauty and essence of an aerial view of Palitana temple’s architecture and natural surroundings in a painting that will be cherished for years to come.
Palitana is considered one of the most sacred Jain pilgrimage site, featuring hundreds of temples situated on Shatrunjaya Hill. Climbing the stone stairway takes about 1.5 hours, with strict rules to follow. Palitana became the world’s first legally vegetarian city.
